This 6 yr old aqha mare is gorgeous. She really fits her name and would look great in any pasture! She stands ~14.3hh and is stout. Hottie was started as a pleasure horse but, was purchased by a couple that trail rides. She would be a fantastic addition to any program. She is young, sound and ready to work. She has a level head and is SO nice to ride. She has three comfortable and smooth gaits with easy transitions. She knows her leads and also knows how to collect when asked. I like to ride her on a loose floppy rein and she consistently holds her paces. Hottie is quiet and I would consider her a more whoa than go ride although she is responsive to cues and picks up a nice lope with just a “kiss”. She ties, crossties, loads and unloads. She will paw in the trailer if alone in the beginning but, trailers fine. She is great in the pasture and gets along with mares and geldings. She is easy to catch and respects a fence. We ride her in a simple snaffle. She will ride English or western but has primarily ridden western. Stands to mount. Has the “mare face” at times but, is a sweet girl overall.
